Individual Adult Therapy

Towards
personal growth

Understanding emotional challenges in compassionate environments that promote self awareness and growth.

In my practice with adults, I offer compassionate support for those seeking to understand the roots of their emotional challenges. Through thoughtful exploration, I guide clients toward greater self-awareness and self-compassion, fostering personal growth. Together, we embark on a journey of self-reflection to uncover patterns, examine relational dynamics, and address core beliefs that may be hindering their goals and potential.

Another key aspect of my work centers on the therapeutic relationship itself. Drawing from Relational Theory, I strive to create an authentic and mutual connection with humility and respect. This safe and nurturing therapeutic bond becomes a fertile ground for clients to learn and explore healthier ways of interacting with others, enriching not just their personal lives but also their relationships beyond the therapy room.

Couples Therapy

Strengthening Relationships

Enriching and strengthening the bond between partners for deeper understanding and healthier relationship.

In my couples therapy practice, my deep expertise is dedicated to enriching and fortifying the bond between partners. I provide a safe and nurturing space where couples can openly explore their relationship dynamics, communication patterns, and the challenges they encounter.

Through couples therapy, partners embark on a journey toward profound self-discovery and a deeper understanding of each other's needs, perspectives, and life experiences. This process fosters empathy, encourages open dialogue, and ultimately cultivates a stronger emotional connection. Together, we work towards building a more resilient and harmonious partnership, where both individuals can thrive and their relationship can flourish.

Play Therapy

A means
to heal and grow

Ages 5 and up are welcomed to use the language of play to express emotions, needs, intra and interpersonal dynamics.

In my clinical practice, I provide children with the opportunity to engage in play therapy, a powerful therapeutic approach. During these sessions, I encourage children to explore, communicate, and express their inner world in a safe and supportive environment. Play therapy encompasses various creative methods, including sand tray, imaginative play, puppetry, and art. It's rooted in the understanding that play serves as a child's natural language, with the toys in the playroom acting as the vocabulary they use to convey their inner experiences and perceptions of the world around them.

Play therapy is suitable for children aged 5 and above, including teenagers who can benefit from age-appropriate games and activities. This approach proves highly effective for children experiencing a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges, providing them with a means to heal, grow, and thrive.

Parental Guidance

Understanding
the child's world

Empowering parents to actively participate in their child's emotional and developmental wellbeing.

In my approach to child-centered therapy, I recognize that a child is an integral part of a larger system, and lasting change often requires addressing this entire system. As a result, I encourage parents to participate in regular meetings every 3-4 weeks to collaborate in supporting their child's healing and growth.

During our parental guidance sessions, my aim is to empower parents with a deeper understanding of their child's needs and inner world. Together, we explore family dynamics, enabling parents to play a crucial role in nurturing their child's emotional and developmental well-being. By working together as a cohesive unit, we create a supportive environment that fosters positive change and lasting growth in the child's life.

Child-Parent Psychotherapy

Healing Through Connection

Fostering a nurturing and secure attachment between the child and their caregiver from birth through the teenage years.

In my practice, Child-Parent Psychotherapy offers a holistic framework for comprehending and addressing the effects of trauma, not only on children but also on their parents. Recognizing the pivotal role of the parent-child relationship in the healing journey, parents are actively involved as essential partners in their child's therapy.

My approach underscores the profound significance of fostering a nurturing and secure attachment between the child and their caregiver. This attachment serves as a cornerstone for effectively processing traumatic experiences, embarking on a path to healing from trauma, and fortifying the child's resilience. Through this collaborative process, we work together to create an environment of safety and support, facilitating profound healing and growth.

Family
Therapy

The way for healthier collaboration

Empowering families to collaboratively address challenges, strengthen connections, and promote healthier collaboration and communication.

As a seasoned clinical psychologist with specialized expertise in child psychology, parental guidance, and couples therapy, I firmly believe in the immense value of uniting family members in the journey of family therapy. In my practice, I actively encourage children and teens to extend invitations to their parents or siblings to join their sessions, fostering open dialogue and nurturing the skill of exploring and communicating emotions.

My approach is founded on the principle that effective therapy often commences with individual sessions, allowing clients to explore their unique experiences and concerns. Over time, these individual sessions can naturally evolve into shared sessions involving various family members. This progression creates an environment where families can collaboratively address challenges, strengthen connections, and pave the way for healthier collaboration and communication.
